The Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria Inc. (ECCV) is the peak policy advocacy body for ethnic and multicultural organisations in Victoria. ECCV is committed to social inclusion, capacity building and awareness raising of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities.
